Well, I am 3 days into Hammer & Chisel…and I am loving it so far! I haven’t gotten my new workout bench yet so I have been following the modifier which has been great! I am sooo excited to share my results after 60 days because I know they will be amazing! I believe in this program, in their portion control meal guide, and myself! I am pushing hard for our Beachbody cruise trip in March and I’m a coach right? So I need to look good! 😉

My motivational pic for the day. It was so tough for me to get out of bed that morning, but by not hitting snooze and getting up, I got my workout done and over with and I felt great!
Breakfast that I had that was soooo delicious! It was a whole grain english muffin topped with 2 eggs with a side of low sodium turkey bacon and avocado.

And I did some meal prepping for part of the week. I made pork loin and chicken breast, brown rice, and roasted some carrots, orange and green peppers, cucumbers and broccoli. I also bagged my fruit so they were in ready to go portion sizes and included my Shakeology, Shakeology boosts and my hydrate!
I can say that I had lil’ Mason in May, got back down to my pre pregnancy weight and down a few more pounds shortly after, and then kind of enjoyed a little laziness with my nutrition and fitness. BUT, I am back at it and ready to get in the best shape of my life and would love for you to follow my journey!
