Well, on Sunday I took my after photos and was a little nervous, but I super excited at the same because I couldn’t wait to see if there was some difference. I have been eating pretty well and haven’t missed a workout yet so I knew that was on my side!
So in 4 weeks I only lost .2 pounds and went down 3.25″. I am only 5’2″ and gain most of my weight in my midsection. I was a little nervous because .2 pounds!! I mean, c’mon! BUT, I know the scale isn’t everything and I was curious to see where all those inches fell from. So after doing my measurements and weighing myself I took the pics so I could see if there was any difference in my stomach area. I could definitely tell by how the clothes were fitting!
I was pretty happy with what I saw so far for month 1!
